Chi is the Chinese word for "vital energy" or "life force." Health is defined by many cultures as having an "abundance of energy" within the body, whereas illness is associated with inadequate energy.
The name of this site, Chi Spree, indicates health, that is, an abundance (Spree) of energy (Chi).

When the body is energized, such as during or after exercise, one may experience extra Chi as a sensation of warmth, heat and/or tingling within the body, usually in the hands or feet. This was one reason why the name ChiSpree was chosen.

Another reason why ChiSpree was chosen is that some individuals experience a "Spree of Chi" as soon as the Chi Machine^® stops. These persons sometimes sense a powerful rush (Spree) of energy (Chi), sometimes from feet to head, sometimes from inside to outside. Other individuals may feel moderate or no sensations other than a feeling of relaxation. How much or how little one feels of this Chi Spree is not related to the beneficial effect of the Chi Machine^®.
